Ron Paul raises record breaking 6.4 million on December 16th
Dec 17, 2007 Ron Paul, politics

Donations to Ron Paul’s campaign came flowing in on December 16th, 2007 in response to the “Tea Party 2007″ - a fund raising effort to commemorate the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, and to show support for Ron Paul because of his pledge, if elected president, to remove the oppressive inflation tax - much like the oppressive, unrepresented import taxes the colonists faced in 1773.
Donations totaled $6.4 million dollars in the 24 hour period December 16th, beating John Kerry’s previous one day record of $5.7 million dollars - and there is rumor that offline donations have not been counted yet.
I can’t wait to hear what the media has to say about this!
