While mindlessly surfing the internet, in a chain of surfing that started at the auctionads website, then ebay affiliates program, then back to the auctionads site, where in their blog I ran across a featured auctionads publisher that was a blog about wacky/interesting USB powered things. On their site, I found a product (a cheesy pirate USB hub) sold on a weird Japanese site where I found the most incredible thing i’ve possibly ever seen – this shrimp shaped USB thumb drive. Gaze, ponder, and be amazed.

This kills everyone’s skype/stanaphone incoming/outgoing trickery as well. I guess ebay isn’t making enough money from auctions to keep skype free (sure..)

So far, I haven’t come across any more free PC to phone solutions out there.
