Alltel free text for my circle?

I keep seeing ads for my circle, stating that there’s unlimited free text messaging within my circle numbers.  However, every time I go to their site to verify the offer, I find nothing.  I am personally very interested in this offer since I have Alltel, and I have my circle.

So far, Alltel has been a pretty good bargain, because we are splitting the plan between 3 people, and the majority of my calls are within my circle - so we don’t need a plan with tons of minutes.
